Beautiful and practical, like a Swiss Army Knife ))
We spent 9 days in Goran's apartment in Dubrovnik with our two dogs in Jul2011. We enjoyed our stay for many reasons: *5min walk to the beach (but no sand, you know), plus a rocky place even closer where it goes deeeeep right away; *15 minutes walk to the old city or the modern city where the big harbor is; *quiet and beautiful neighborhood, there's a church just nearby and you can hear its bells every once in a while; *spacious apartment and has all the things promised; *grocery store on the 1st floor of the same building and you can get there anything you need from 6.30am to 8.30pm. AND! very dog-friendly (don't know about cats) - there was a snack for Pancho and Lea waiting for them on the day of our arrival. That was just so nice!
Goran and his father are great hosts, very helpful, friendly and reliable (Goran's father came to take us to the airport at 6.30am sharp as we have agreed - for a reasonable fee no need to bother about taxi to/from airport). We dream about those sweet 9 days at Goran's.
Great Experience
My family and I had a great experience at Dubrovnik apartments. Our visit covered several weeks. The location is perfect. It's not in a tourist area but is nonetheless a comfortable walking distance from the old city. In terms of a wonderful Dubrovnik living experience it is hard to beat and I have no hesitancy recommending it to anybody considering a visit.
Summer in Dubrovnik
I stopped by in Dubrovnik, in Gorica apartment, in September 2011, for a week. I found the apartment very cozy and comfortable, in good conditions and it confirmed every information I've received regarding it.
It's located near the beach, a shopping area and a walking distance from the old city and that makes it perfect for every holiday!
